Paetyn wanted to start her own charity to help families that are struggling to make ends meet.
She collected pinecones from the island across the street. We cleaned and then scented them with cinnamon oil.
On September 18th we had a garage sale and she set up her table and was able to collect over $60.00 to donate to the local food bank.
I am so proud of her, she has such a BIG heart and is always ready and willing to help people that are less fortunate than us.

That is so awesome! Tell her that i am so proud of her too! To come up with sch an idea and to have raised $60 bucks is so neat! I wish you would have sent me a sample of the pinecones, i need something to make my house smell good:)
